“This gives ‘staying centered’ a whole new meaning for me. First time taking this for a ride, definitely not the last,” she captioned the video.

Hudson finishes her set before kneeling back on her feet to take a breath. “You have 10 seconds left! Drop in for at least two more,” Nguyen encourages from behind camera. “There are your abs. Yes, Kate!”

She pushes herself to complete two more reps before time runs out. “Push-ups. Always challenging for me. Sway back, get in my shoulders, hard to activate core for me. I love seeing bodies pop off push-ups like it’s nothing. One motion and so purty!” she captioned the video. “And takes a lot of prep and effort. Hats off to you out there who work so hard to get there. So amazing! SO HARD!!!!!”
